Hi! I'm Susy. I‘m glad you‘re here.
Viktor Frankl stated, “Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.”
Life constantly presents us with situations that require us to pivot and embrace nuance. These skills, while simple, are not easy, and demand our ability to pause. Let me help provide the space to reflect and navigate this journey together.

I never planned on becoming a therapist, but here I am.
Initially, I thought therapy meant sitting with someone as an outsider while they share their feelings. While that's partly true, I approach therapy as a collaborative process with individuals and couples. I value relationships and strive to show up professionally, but without being stuffy.
As a therapist, my goal is to help you realize that you are valuable just as you are. This value doesn’t depend on ability, achievements, or past choices. I believe that value is inherent and aim to help you give yourself permission and space to learn about yourself deeply, so you can show up and live life fully. This might look like someone who is silly, angry, sad, confused, overwhelmed, or all of the above, depending on the day.
I value education and input, integrating new knowledge constantly. I believe that knowledge plus action equals power, and that intentional action is the catalyst for improving each day.
If you're ready to share your life and put in the work, let me know. I would love to join you on your journey.
